I'm almost finished with my long remodel on a small house ranch. 

But I couldn't stop 1/2 way, so I finished it and rented it for April slightly above what I had expected I would get.

I'm not sure at this point if I'd like to sell the entire property as a whole when I'm finished, or sell each unit as a condo,or even keep the most or all units to rent. 

The other parcel has 3.5 acres which has an all brick ranch house built in 1967. it has 3 Baths, 3 Bed. 2 fire places. it was custom built. cedar closets, knotty pine wall, partial finished basement, two fire places (one brick one marble from italy) It also has a HUGE cinder block barn (2 levels) on the property (as it used to be used as farm land a long time ago). 

Hey, @Rachel Reese.I’m a newbie but, I like to respond to situations like yours because it makes me call on and employ the knowledge I’ve attained about REI, and the skills and abilities I’ll need to employ to close a deal myself.

I’m currently 20 years old in college as a marketing major and I’m about 2 years away from graduating(taking summer classes now hoping to finish faster)  I’ve been wanting to pursue real estate for quite a while now but it’s seem almost impossible to do with little to no cash or credit, I’ve seen many videos and even bought Kris Krohan training program and this was supposed to help me secure deals with “no money down”.

Between finishing the basement, and an addition we did, the home ended up being about 3,218 square feet.

We do have two sets of Grad student tenants but again they are working, paying on-time & finishing their courses on-line.

It seems to me that, given the timing just as the repairs were finished and the level of expertise required to carry out the removal of this equipment, this must be a fairly well organized operation. 

I also noticed the basement is not finished and would have no idea if that would be a requirement before renting out.
