I would allow him to sublet however I would have to approve of the roommate and it would make the process a quite bit more difficult.I'm still in that "new idea" phase and I only tend to look at the positives.

One good way to stay away from the owner occupants is to go for the houses that are really messed up and cannot qualify for FHA loans, not only will their loans not get approved but they will not have the cash to fix up the house.

we tried that asked the board to put the item on the annual meeting and were told that the updated R & Rs do not need to be approved by the association members only the board, so we did not get the Items on the Agenda. we thought that was how you do it apparently not with our board ?
