No problem with down payment but will need conventional load which is not a problem as I have been pre approved many times just did not find right property.

We rent to plenty of S8 applicants; I've always believed the standard of care they exude is as high if not higher than "market" applicants because they'll get kicked out of the program if they don't.

I have used a similar program in Appfolio. 

They're expensive, but I know several people who have gone thru each program and become what I think are successful investors, moreso than other programs. 

They said did not need their approval to turn their money over to new GP's but we will let you vote anyway.

It is a done for you kind of program.
