Hi All,Trying to understand if anyone else is finding any residential  deals in Nova area and at what cap rates?

We were looking at some land up the road from there.Cosby is a little out there so personally I wouldn't invest in STRs unless they were off 321.That area is nice and quiet though.

Kindly looking for some advice on what to look out for when it comes to section 8 inspections in Rochester, New York.
