The draw for short-term locally is that the cash flow can be huge.I know from my colleagues that do short-term that the demand has been very strong for their properties here in Western Pinellas, but I would do all of my research before buying a property for that purpose.  

I don't know what the average cost is, but many properties have been separated in that fashion.

I kinda live my life in the "if there is a will there is a way" fashion.
