But that would be highly unusual if he's still doing work on it, so I'm guessing that's not the case.Hopefully some of this is covered in your contract (i.e. specific/identified deadlines that he's missed, penalties for missing deadlines, etc), so I'd make sure you review your contract before doing anything.
