I do not currently have a area of focus as i am still trying to see which market makes the most sense for me to enter.i actually do have a few questions i want to ask but im not sure if i should make a separate post for each question or just ask them all on here...looking forward to interacting and meeting some of your in the near future!   

You can grant a leasehold estate (ie regular ol' tenancy), but that comes with all relevant responsibilities and will affect both your mortgage and insurance, by the way.

Because it is a lien, not a loan, the sellers of these products are not required to play by the same rules (such as disclosure) as regular lenders.

DO NOT deal with any regular agents or you will have lumps on your head.
