I am now ready to make my first purchase of either a Flip or a buy and hold. 

There are great rental long term rentals in my area but also considering an investment  at the beach for a short term vacation property. 

My target markets are NY and CT, but I’m definitely open to expanding my horizons.Since most friends and family members are hesitant about real estate investing, I'm on the lookout for a mentor who can guide me through this journey and potentially partner with me along the way.If you have any advice or know someone who might be willing to help me get started, please let me know!

Had to cancel my trip in the last minute as my wife is in a medical emergency.

Michigan is my cash flow go to in my investment portfolio :) Planning to get a couple more properties before the end of the year. 

My husband was recently transferred to SLC, UT, and we're updating to potentially rent or sell.

Anyways, fast forward we are finally gaining momentum and will be done in 30 days but my maturity is Oct 23rd which is not enough time to have it sold and closed on.

I bought a 4-unit property in August ( 2 months ago ), it was my first property, and I inherited a section 8 tenant.

I have someone interested in staying 8 weeks at my STR during my slow period for a traveling CNA position.
