Hi folks - has anyone heard of agents doing CMA's to help investors with off-market deals directly for compensation?   

Alternatively, if there is an online group of folks doing something similar, I'd really like to join! 

If I have a construction project whereby I don't know the subs and the gc (not likely going to happen as I do business with folks that I trust) then I will most certainly require bonding.

Even just hitting the 1% rule is really, really tough to do nowadays out here. 

100% agree with @Steve Vaughan on this one, I see it happen ALL the time with folks. 

I know how awesome this project (and your next) are turning out, but the rest of the folks would probably love to hear it! 

I would love to know more about it, as I am looking at potentially hiring quite a few folks if we are shooting for a close this year.

However, I learned from all the mistakes I made in the process, and eventually got them all corrected and up to their requirements -- and I was off to the races.City has some cheatsheets available on a number of various requirements that are most-commonly failed by folks submitting their plans, things like hazardous glazing, spacing for certain bathroom fixtures, escape windows, etc.
