Institutional property management

Hey BP!

I would love to talk with someone who has hired property management teams to take care of their large multifamily assets.

I know the process is different than 3rd party management, as all will be onsite. I also know that management fee and salaried employees are separate line items. I would love to know more about it, as I am looking at potentially hiring quite a few folks if we are shooting for a close this year.
