Two property management companies: One is a big nation-wide firm, specialized in PM. 22 miles away.

In Milwaukee the majority is between 5 and 8, maybe 10 depending on the quality - and we have a wide spectrum!

Off the top of my head expenses that some landlords have and others don’t...Snow removal, lawn maintenance, semi annual house/fence painting, insurance and property taxes both vary WIDELY, replace asphalt roof every 10 years or tile “never”, seal/replace asphalt driveways, is there an Hoa?

Most row homes are 15-17' wide, at most. 

I have to cast a wide net to close on deals, especially when I'm usually offering below asking price.

So the spectrum of the househacking strategy is wide, my goal for my clients is to help them take into consideration, their budget, and match with the lifestyle, desired location, and personality and work together to fit a strategy to reach your goals, not just on. your first property, but many more to come.

The BP pro area doesn't have as wide of an audience.
