Choosing property management companies

Hi, BPer, need your help here. Two property management companies:

One is a big nation-wide firm, specialized in PM. 22 miles away. Respond very fast, within a day.

Another is a small local firm. It does construction and real estate transactions. Only 1 minute away. Respond a little slower, in 2-3 days. Charge a higher leasing fee.

Both charge 10% month rent for management. And both get good reputation. Which one would you choose?
