It also states that the only way to bid on it is to go to the courthouse where someone will verify my cashiers check and I will then get a chance to bid on it.

Turns out, flood cert was incorrect address on one line and correct on another.Then I call flood data company, They respond, xxxx at the mortgage company had us correct it and we sent it to them on X date and they verified they received the correction on X date stating property IS in flood zone.I now have to pay flood insurance (1400/year).
