Ideally this would be a 2-coat application (with a “1-coat paint of course, since I’ve yet to find any paint to be a true single coat paint) with a 1-coat touch up.I use a flat SW or Valspar paint from Lowes . . .

What I do is charge a bit more for security (about 1.5 rent) and lose a few applicants because of it.

I've had good applicants turn away because they can't hook up the particular dryer they own.

There needs to be a true property management software use something like Appfolio, Builduim or so forth.
