Not sure.Bottom line, while you don't necessarily need to take legal action, I would be prepared to at least understand your options, costs involved, and appropriate letters that you need to send them if they are not holding up their end of the move-out agreement.Be firm and clear on your expectations, costs to both parties, and timelines and put EVERYTHING in writing to your tenants, even if you have verbal conversations, put a letter to them summarizing it.

you know the probably reason why you have 0 replies after almost a day... because your statement is too generic... i know being new is hard i was new at one point as were everyone on here so consider this my good action of the day.. here are some tips Houston is HUGE say what part of town you are in.REI is even BIGGER so say what you are looking to learn (please don't say everything) you can start with need help with wholesaling, marketing, flipping, rentals etc.

Exactly the right question, and the answer is because the owner has not be involved with the PM company informing them as to what action they expect of the PM to take in resolving the problem.
