Daily routine is necessary.Joe has talked about having a daily routine with some of his guests on a couple episodes - # 64 and #849 specifically.

We approached the park owner and asked if we could get a discount if we paid an entire year up front.

You could tow a small RV with your work truck to have a place to stay before you find a property, and then park it on the property you find to avoid living inside a construction zone.Another more realistic way would be just work as a travelling contractor or other professional (eg: insurance adjuster).

Note - Don't park on the grass as Norman will give you a ticket.

Or get an RV and park it in the back yard.

Building a park without being on site is very difficult.

My HELOC loan is in the ball park of about 90k. 

At first glance I thought it would have to come down and turned into a parking pad, but after a second look it looks like it might just need the corner brick replaced - along with the roof and door of course.Never had to deal with something like this, so those that have - what would you consider doing?
