Police and HOA have been useless in dealing with situation so would like to take matters into my own hands and sue the trust(trustee-parent) for our damages to move and relocate due to not feeling safe in our own apartment because of non stop harassment and threats to kill.

Hello, I am a newbie investor who is currently in the process of relocating from CA to Charleston SC.

There have been a lot of relocations from other even higher-priced areas in the Northeast that have put a lot of pressure on the housing prices and inventory.   

I have been thinking about relocating either in California or Texas.

I am planning a move with my family to the Columbia area from the west coast in the very near future, and would love to chat with a local agent with some expertise in RE investing about our situation, and to help us in our planning/house hunting.We have been looking to relocate back to the south, and narrowed our search down to SC.
