For example: Only drive to earn enough for your next marketing campaign.I wouldn't make a regular habit of driving.I also would never drive for the party/bar scene.

non taxable income can be grossed up 125% actually and 401k contributions or deductions count as regular income not "non taxable," income.Non taxable income soures are usually military or government pay, child support received, long term disability sometimes is non taxable, tax exempt bonds/municipal bonds, etc.

You’ll literally step right through the floor if you’re not careful.The house on Berry Bennett happens to be an 86 model with particle board floors.Also, mobile homes don’t use the same ductwork as regular houses.

@henry Montgomery iii, not sure that there's a good site for that.Good deals move fast and good wholesalers and or assignors will email any good deals they may have  to their solid regular proven buyers.Best I can suggest is get on those email lists so you can see what off market deals are out there so you can get yours.
