How much are you putting up for the 260 mill deal ?

There are some non-financial reasons for having to buy a new construction that are out of my control, but I'm looking for advice in helping me decide the best route between 3 options (purchase will be all cash): Option 1: 3 bed/ 2.5 bath townhome in Wesley Chapel (near the lagoon). 

However, I would argue that I learned better (through personal experience) and ended up with a better business and more freedom.I recommend striking out on your own.

( Cleveland ) I’d like to see how others are gaining properties so quickly instead of saving up 20% each time. what are my options to avoid having to save up 20% each time for a down payment  DSCR loans are a popular choice for investors in Cleveland, as the real estate market is reasonably priced.

Yes, LLC doesn't change the step-up basis when your pass away.

I still believe sellers will need to pay the buy side commission if they want to sell in a reasonable time frame and for top dollar.

Finally, ended up offering it recently, it has not yielded any results thus far.

I have 3 bedroom 2 bath residential home in a nice area on a nice block which all the neighbors have well kept up and clean homes.

I would just like to scale up and the capital that I have isn’t enough to move as quickly as I’d like to acquire properties, so looking for other options.
