If you are one of those, you completely miss the concept of wholesaling.So to answer your question, it is not really about where you find the deal (but stay away form zillow or MLS if I were you)... it is about finding sellers that are OK with a pay cut, for the speed and headache-free transaction.As an investor you are a marketer first and foremost.The better your lead generation powers, the more successful you will be.
