Meth production found in garage

MN Landlord handbook says we could have property confiscated if same tenants are found with over $1000 worth of drugs a second time-the ex girlfriend who moved out wants to move back in-can we write a new lease with just her that would eliminate this risk or are we better off to move on to new tenants? She wants to stay and says she had no knowledge of the drugs but isn't sure if she can legally stay?
