Im officially intrigued...

She had a rental truck and family helping her on the "official" move in day on May 8th.Well, around May 6th or 7th, cant remember when, I received a letter from my bank that informed me that her account was closed.

I need to give an official 30-day notice to my tenants to vacate so I can have it in writing in the chance that I have to evict after the 30 days.  

I also would like to let you and all of BP that I officially have my NJ real estate license.

The re-fi's I'm considering are no cost re-fi options (FYI: no official appraisal on the property).Of course, I have interest in this as my personal home, but I'm also curious if this were an investment property what the best course of action would be to monetize the current "market" price of the property.

After taking my time and settling on actually pursuing this industry, I officially started my own LLC.It's only going to go as far as my determination will allow it, and without a strong network my determination won't mean much at all.

Wanted to quickly introduce myself because I'm officially moving to Utrecht by Christmas (in Utrecht now at the moment until the 21st of Sep).
