No Credit, No Experience, Little Money, A lot of Time

Greetings Everyone!

My name is Duane and I want to introduce myself to the network.

I'm 25yrs old and have spent almost all of my professional career in sales or customer service. I currently work with Comcast out of Minnetonka, Minnesota.

About 2 years ago I first got into the idea of owning property for access to passive income, leverage, and appreciation. I started reading as many books as I could to get my head around what were the REAL possibilities in real estate.

After taking my time and settling on actually pursuing this industry, I officially started my own LLC.

It's only going to go as far as my determination will allow it, and without a strong network my determination won't mean much at all.

So i'm here to get great information from fellow investors, brokers, financiers, and landlords to see what I should know and expect in the near future. My biggest hope, however, is to be able to eventually stand-up proudly in this industry giving my own advice and mentoring others.

I hope that gives everyone enough details to start! Talk to you all soon.
