Hello everyone. My name is Jeremy and I am located in the Long Beach area of Southern California. I ashamed to admit, but I have been a subscriber of BP for some time and I am just now getting around to introducing myself. I also have been listening to the BP podcasts for a long time. Like many new people I have been a victim of paralysis by analysis. I found myself wanting to do everything and wound up doing nothing. I have finally narrowed my focus down to Buy and Hold. My real estate experience is minimal. I have a good friend that is a Real Estate Agent and I have been helping him locate property owners needing or wanting to sell for a small finders fee. He is also teaching me about the various contractual obligations in California Real Estate. I am currently studying for my real estate license. I have experience in construction but I am sure not an expert at it. The areas I can say I excel at is leadership, team building, problem solving, and multitasking. I pride myself in finding flaws in processes and making them better. I am hoping to network with other B & H investors new and experienced. Thank you for taking the time to read my post.
