Beside looking at the credit score, what do you think of a person with medical bills going to collection and they simply not planning to pay back ?

I have had 6 rental houses, but only rented them out to medical students, nursing students, etc.

Individually we should have no problems securing a loan as we all make nice incomes being in the medical field as W2 employees.

Policemen, doctors, public workers, security guards and last but not least lawyers (no offense if anyone on here is a lawyer). ;)You can filter out the bad wholesalers and only deal with ones that bring you the killer deals.

It can only work if the patient goes to the doctor, and if your assistant deals directly with the tenant - repeatedly.
