guest parking policy

So one of my tenants has a guest that tends to come over everyday during the morning time and then at night. Ive approached the tenant inquiring if the guest stays there. of course he said 'No' but i expected that. So I'm thinking of getting parking stickers for each tenant to place in their car, but how should i do the guest pass? I inherited these tenants and their current lease states no guests beyond 15 days or they are considered occupants. But it doesn't state if thats 15 days in a month a year or what.

I would like ideas on how i should implement guest parking i.e..daily passes, overnight passes?

Should i give an addendum clarifying how long guests can stay within a certain time period?

My main goal is to keep tenants from having extended stay guests, but i want to make it simple as there isn't very much parking within this lot for guests but there is on the street.

You are not required to provide parking for anyone that is not a tenant.. so Post your property No unauthorized / Tenant parking only,, get a hold of local towing company they will actually give you the sign..

either give the tenants stickers or hang tags for their cars, and get ready to tow if needed.

simply no unauthorized parking ,, guest can find street parking and if they can't to BAD.
