There's a strong demographic of folks who are into publications like Dwell, Archdaily, Treehugger, etc. that are very interested in modular/prefab construction and in some cases that fact alone can lead to quite a bit of buzz especially around new development.

Rented one for $625 to a regular tenant renting the other one for $550 to a person that will use it as an airbnb (I'll keep everyon posted on this)We did some fixes to the 2 non-remodeled not as heavy as the others (painted walls, fixed things that were not working) rented one at $695 all bills included and have a potential lead at the same price.

She loves the idea of investing in rental properties.Getting close to 50% savings rate on a $65,000 salary $30,000 in retirement account but don’t want to touch that just yet A good friend who’s a realtor sends me leads for properties under $250,000 just to see what’s out while I save.I am willing to put in sweat equityAny suggestions would be helpful!
