Last night and today I read Brandon's blog entirely and have never been more inspired!

Departing and arriving from the Heart America will now be extra especial with all the new locally inspired amenities. 

Waiting to hear back from HML on the first for proof of funds on a SFH.The second we just found today on a bike ride through the neighborhood behind us and it also looks good.In all sincerity my wife and I would like to thank all the wonderful folks in the BP community for the inspiration, the podcasts and the priceless info and education that this community has to offer.

Ultimately, investing in net lease properties will allow new investors to get into the game, gain knowledge, and develop credibility to inspire potential investors to future deals.
