Monopoly newbie in DC/NOVA

Hello everyone,
I've been fascinated with real estate investing ever since watching the Carlton Sheets late night infomercials. I was in the Air Force for 10 years and lived overseas for the last seven of those so I couldn't do too much (at least I thought). Now I'm making a commitment to use real estate to acquire the wealth and life I've always wanted.

Last night and today I read Brandon's blog entirely and have never been more inspired! Seeing the way he broke down the Marcy deal is something that I'd been looking for. A step by step to show anyone can really do it!

I will use his 7 year model, with the buy and hold strategy for the most part. I look forward to learning and discussing real estate with each of you! May we all be friends and rich...
