I need a lot more info to give an informed opinion but…How much do they need monthly, what do they currently net from the rentals and what would they owe in taxes if they sold are a couple key ones.

You will find a lot of great information along with good and knowledgeable people that are willing to answer any of your questions.

Just because you are given the same data as someone else does not mean you will make the same decisions.

There is so much information and options that it's hard to focus on one path.

I would expect to be provided with the tenants full information including application and all reports/information that was collected.
