I am looking to setup meetings during the week of August 13th with qualified real estate professionals in the following areas: attorneys, accountants, real estate brokers, property managers, foreclosure specialists, real estate agents, lender/mortgage brokers and wholesalers.

I'd love to meet wholesalers who get properties in Mount Pleasant, Summertown, Lawrenceburg, Pulaski, Lewisburg and other smaller towns in between.

I've heard, in Florida at least, you need a license to wholesale. 

I would hate to wholesale this property and lose out on a potential for a brrrr.

So at the moment I'm looking to meet wholesalers, and other investors as well.
