Hi BP! I’m looking to start Wholesaling in FL. However, every video, blog, lawyer and RE professional seems like they leave out tidbits of info thats Crucial to moving forward. I’d love to see links to the exact contracts used and legal requirements necessary for me to complete a wholesale deal “legally” in Florida. Can anyone help? Thanks in advance BP!!

@John Thedford  can quote the statutes that you may want to read for yourself.. so you don't spend money on attorneys etc..  I think you just need to buy your inventory then resell it.. or if you simply want to make middle man fee's get a license and go forth in that pursuit.
