They are trying to determine how to get out onto the "platform" where the broker/dealers will be able to sell your deal to investors.

They may support the non-profit's intent, or be able to point you in the right direction to another locally minded source.I also know some of the people who have created a peer-to-community platform for providing financing specifically to non-profit organizations. 

Even funding will be easier to obtain in the near future thanks to crowdfunding platforms, and an increase of syndication training programs.

I really thank you guys for your support, as i said , ive really heard great things about this Platform, and so far its holding up to the hype.

I've tried before through them and wasn't able to close the deal on their platform, but like you said, you were relentless!!

Not all of the videos are posted on YouTube because I'm experimenting with a couple of different hosting platforms.

As such, it feels a bit like gambling to me.  

But make sure it's something you willing on gambling with since you actually had a signed lease already.
