Hello everyone!

I'm a rehabber from the Charlotte, NC area looking to connect with other investors, rehabbers, and wholesalers in the Charlotte market. I'm a NC Licensed General Contractor and Professional Engineer, so rehabbing was a natural progression for me. I've been on the site a couple months now and can't believe the education I've picked up along the way, especially with the podcasts!
