Social media and technology causes so many to be non social and I value in person meetings simply because passion someone may have for what they do, frustrations, etc. can not be seen on the phone and in person networking is awesome.

Some of the well established media market platforms have built in CRMs (ReminderMedia for example).

Basically creating a number that is better than it actually is so the media and consumers will feel at ease that the Fed is doing something useful. 

If the software is not simplifying your life or making you more accurate, you shouldn't use it.Software does have extremely helpful features like online payments, marketing syndication (click a button and your property is advertised on multiple sites), electronic document review/signing, maintenance tracking, and owner reports.
