HelloI know this may be a trade secret however I want to ask.

Apparently, this is Secret Information because I have had Rentals and a Home in Tampa for 30 years and I signed up to see what all the other guys have done and are doing on BP and no one talks about Tax-Free or Tax-Deferred Real Estate Investment Plans.

I've just joined today after discovering BP two days ago.

After discovering the property owner passed away 2 years ago, and the mailing address belongs to the owners parents estate, I am unsure how to go about finding them.

While searching for a CPA one of the things I discovered was that local isn't a necessity.

We fixed the leak, but we discovered some black mold.

Unpaid utilities - damages discovered well after etc.To me - Great tenants means they understand their obligations and does not mean you terminate early unless you have good new tenants' deposits AND start of new lease.

I was inspired to write this because of a webinar I was watching of a national RE "guru" who was trying to convince me what he had to offer was the newest secret to real estate investing.
