How to become an REO broker

Hello

I know this may be a trade secret however I want to ask. The main reason being is, over the course of my career as a broker I have seen more and more agents get access to REO inventory listings. I am wondering is the process very hard?

Could some tell me or point me in the right direction to becoming an REO listing agent for a bank? Or at least get put on their list of brokers?

Thank you
