Power dialers are programs where I log into a cloud based system on my computer and setup a list of people I want to call.

I'm looking for an app and desktop site (preferably the same) where I can input a checklist of actions items that need to take place in relation to a deal. 

I am en route to an educational seminar now and will come back to my computer to follow up on a few leads. 

It was painless (just showed them that I password protect my computer, since I don't print anything out). 

If your tenant gets a lawyer who knows how to turn on a computer, he or she will find this thread, guaranteed.

Stessa may work, but when I had it I couldn't make journal entries and that bugged me.Wave is a free software that can be clunky but works as a decent General Ledger software, if you dont have a lot going on it can be real easy to use.I have used QuickBooks Desktop and Online for clients in Real Estate and both work pretty good, it really depends on how many companies you will make.If you are expanding and plan to have hundreds, Yardi is a software that can be more specifically for Real Estate.

The reason QuickBooks seems so intimadating, or any software program for that matter, is because we are using a computer to enter in our income and expenses instead of a piece of paper and a pen.
