In my W2 job I’m a production manager for a manufacturing facility in the Midwest. 

@Dimple Gajra up until the announcement of the new Ford F-150 electric truck facility in West Tennessee which is close to Memphis their the majority of the city of Memphis has seen very little appreciation.  

I live in DFW, and I would be looking at more rural privately owned facilities with room for forced equity, though naturally I wouldn't be opposed to a great urban deal.  

But if you don't know how to prepare and cook the fish, you may discover it was a waste of time and you'll still be hungry.Start educating yourself on how to manage what you've purchased.

Right now the government has paused payments and student debt is 0% so I would never pay off a 0% loan first.Kiyosaki once justified buying a luxury car by buying a self storage facility that had sufficient cash flow to pay off the monthly car payments.

I live in SoCal (the 805) and really enjoy being outdoors, playing sports, cooking, and reading.

I also do a lot of floating between long term care facilities to keep busy.

Side note, I'm also looking at remote facility control,  I use Simplisafe modules to just have alerts on temperature drop zone-by-zone or of water leaks.

Too many cooks in the kitchen.
