I am new to real estate and would like to know about investment deals in Memphis. Is it a good place to invest in Single Families Rentals? 

What is the job market there? Is it booming? Are houses appreciating in that area? 

What is the average price of 4B 2b SFR in Memphis for a new build?

I appreciate the help. 

I am looking at this area since its fits my budget of investment.
