Ideas to Find Self-Storage Leads
Hi Folks, my name is D'Ann, and I'm new to REI. I've been in the education phase for the last 4 months, and am looking at moving into the self-storage niche with a partner who has already purchased one & is looking for more. I live in DFW, and I would be looking at more rural privately owned facilities with room for forced equity, though naturally I wouldn't be opposed to a great urban deal. Anyone found any best practices on sourcing leads for privately-owned self storage? Let me know!
Thanks!
