If you want 15-20k per month you need to go after small multi's like quads, add value, then trade them up for an apartment, and reinvest that cashflow to then buy a bigger one, OR, find a partner who can help fund a bigger apartment complex deal.

Good morning folks :)This is both my first post on Bigger Pockets and my first foray into improving my financial literacy when it comes to real estate investing so please excuse my ignorance.I see opportunities everywhere (literally...at the grocery store, on craigslist, in my housing complex, etc) and with my rather rudimentary understanding of the costs and risks involved they look profitable.
