After more recent sales in the complex, I am certain that the unit would currently appraise for $117k at least.

I am currently working on an off market apartment complex in Lincoln Village, I'm crossing my fingers it will work out.

The promising news is inventory is not quite as tight as last year with the exception of medium to large apartment complexes which remain quite overpriced.What size (2-4, 6, 8, 12, 16) of property are you entertaining?

I'm currently under contract on an Apartment Complex out there, and drive back and forth at least once a week.  

In a condo complex with no driveways or garages, what are the regulations regarding handicap parking?

If you want 15-20k per month you need to go after small multi's like quads, add value, then trade them up for an apartment, and reinvest that cashflow to then buy a bigger one, OR, find a partner who can help fund a bigger apartment complex deal.

Good morning folks :)This is both my first post on Bigger Pockets and my first foray into improving my financial literacy when it comes to real estate investing so please excuse my ignorance.I see opportunities everywhere (literally...at the grocery store, on craigslist, in my housing complex, etc)  and with my rather rudimentary understanding of the costs and risks involved they look profitable.
