What's up BP!? My name is Gary Underwood and I am brand,spankin new! I'm interested in wholesaling, lease options and open to it all! I have a great back ground systems and a wife in property management so I feel like I am close to start searching deals in the Upstate SC area!
If you are experienced in restaurant management you should do great with real estate. My wife ran a restaurant for a few years and that is a tough industry.
