Hi, I'm interested in getting some rental property to do short-term rentals. I've never done this sort of investing, or work, before. I'd like to be able to retire in the next 5 years. I'm 47 years old and I've got a government pension coming, but I've also got a military retirement when I reach age 60. I want to be able to retire before age 60, however. I'm hoping real estate investing can get me there.
