I know about warning residents about lead paint, giving a brochure to new tenants, and testing if there is any lead paint if there are children living there, but any other responsibilities?

They just drive around nice couples with 2.3 children until they pull their leased 5 series up to the house that the couple totally "loves" and has to have.

Both had offenses against children, ages 9 and 11 respectively. 92 registered offenders within 1 mile.

Is the liklihood of a lawsuit pretty high (obviously more when children are involved)?

What parent would want to sacrifice living in the city and having their children suffer through the DPS?

I have a colleague who is a VP with young children and he looked at Beacon, but opted to move to another town in the area.

Now that my husband and I have children, that is not practical for us to do. 2) delay instant gratification.

At this point in my life (before children), I have the flexibility to invest or build investments that provide cash flow and gain appreciation.  

They have 2 young children, no pets, and are relocating.

It is actually rented as one unit to one family with children, so they make good use of the space.
