There's no uncomfortable situation about not wanting to show the property to someone.I state very clearly in my ads and the YouTube video that I do not conduct showings until the person has made it to the second phase of my screening process.I don't understand why anyone would show a property to someone who is not qualified to rent / lease the property.

@Tim Vecchioni, those numbers look blurry on my screen, but from what LOOKS to be written there, that "red" expenses number is LARGER than the "green" income number!

I guess the only surefire way of doing this would be to suggest riding the coat tails of a mentor and or giving another investor a helping hand and trying to swap sweat for knowledge and or equity while also potentially putting some blood on the registrar as well to prove commitment on the deal.
