Those that do are more focused on you doing more transactions, not necessarily you finding the best deals.Not a bad thing, just make sure you align yourself with mentors that will help you with your vision/focus.My 2 cents.

I'm pretty sure those very tactics and mindset are the reason why people like Charlie, John, and others have a bad taste in their mouth when it comes to wholesalers.Your seller has no way of knowing what you made off the deal unless you or your buyer tells them.

Don't ever offer anyone a portion of the sales price of your property - offer a portion of the profits... that way the investor assumes some of the risk in return for more of the profits, but you aren't locked in to paying them a certain amount if you have to drop the price and get out of a bad deal
