Suggestions on banks in Miami for pre-approvals...it's my first one so I'm just looking for references. Thanks!

@Account Closed  Both of the 3 flats that I have bought/lived in, I used a lender instead of a bank.  For me, I found that they were willing to be more flexible and find options when problems arose instead of saying no.  

To me, when I'm trying to do something, I want to work with people that have the mindset of, how can we make this work instead of instinctively saying no.  Help me find a solution to the problem.

I don't think banks are bad, but in my opinion I had 2 great experiences with lenders and would pursue that option again because of it.
