MLS AND GOOD DEALS

Hello Everyone, I live in Houston and I'm trying to find good properties to buy and hold. I'm new to MLS and will need help on good areas for this type of investment, what to look for on the properties found and also how to know the deals are good deals. Any advice from anyone who is experienced in this area will highly be appreciated. Thanks. Theresa

@Theresa Omeludike When it comes to MLS, setting up good parameters for your daily email search results is key. I have it set up to send me price reductions, expired listings, etc in my target areas.
