I used cozy and it did not give me any info like ss number, drivers license, place of work, verification of income , etcThe prospective tenant had great credit -794 and a clean criminal and eviction history.

Thanks @Frank Yang  the inspection report does not say anything wrong with the HVAC but states the age of the HVAC which is not consistent with the ad.
