What is the age of the building and what will need to be done to bring it up to code?  

It may cause more headache than it's worth to try to start refi and the deed comes back to the wrong name/entity when the refi company does their verification.

Thanks @Frank Yang  the inspection report does not say anything wrong with the HVAC but states the age of the HVAC which is not consistent with the ad.
